Lindsey has a strong background in the food and service industry, having worked in the field since she was seventeen years old. She held the position of Food & Beverage Director for The W Hotel in New York and then in L.A. a few years later. As the General Manager of Innovative Dining Group in Los Angeles, she opened A Sushi Concept, a bustling local sushi spot in Beverly Hills. Having come aboard Contemporary Catering in 2010, she brings her passion for guest service and staff relations into her work as our staffing director.
